Change the pulldown from KDE to GNOME and click Next:. Enter "CSG Linux Desktop" for the "Session" field and for the "Host" field and click Next:. Click Next on the initial NX Connection Wizard screen:. 
Select Applications > Internet > NX Client for Linux > NX Client for Linux:. Click Install Package, type in your password and the package will be installed. You will be prompted to open the package with GDebi Package Installer, click OK. Select the NX Client DEB for Linux based on the architecture of your computer (use uname -m in a terminal i686 means you should download the i386 package). Download the NoMachine Client Software for Linux. NOTE: All managed machines already have the NoMachine client installed. To install the client, you must have permissions to install software on your Windows computer. This should only be necessary if the packaged client is not working for you. You might try KDE which is still part of RHEL7.x or MATE which if I'm not mistaken should be available in EPEL.These instructions are only necessary if you have to configure the connection yourself. I believe this is sort of expected as you are in fact replacing gnome-shell who is responsible not only for decorations but also for panel and handling win key and overview.
